He was instrumental in setting up key branches in India & surrounding countries, and providing guidance for growth and sustenance of these branches. He has worked with leading national and international organization and brings his vast experience of Corporate Banking to Sway.
He mentors our financial advisors in Debt Syndication, Cash Management, Trade Solutions, Financial Risks, Foreign Currencies, Equity Raising and CapitalMarket.

At Sway he is primarily responsible for nurturing; deepening and maintaining relations with clients as well as our external partners i.e. Banks and Financial Institutions. A happy, satisfied and loyal clientele coupled with strong Banking & FI relations, speak volumes about his efficiency and focus. Ravi has extensive experience of more than 15 years across the business functions of Sales and credit; both retail and corporate.
Mr Ravi holds an MBA degree in Marketing from BHU.

Hemant did his engineering in electrical from Nagpur University before acquiring a PGDBM / Global MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad & Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, USA
